Amazon Acceptable Use Policy 4.6 Compliance
This Data Sharing Policy describes how 4TR handles data obtained through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and complies with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Section 4.6.
1. Amazon Data Types We Access
Through Amazon SP-API, 4TR accesses the following types of data:
- Orders: Order details, order status, shipping information, and order history
- Listings: Product listings, listing status, pricing information, and inventory levels
- Fees: Transaction fees, referral fees, and other Amazon fees associated with your sales
- Sales Data: Sales metrics, revenue data, and performance analytics
- Stock Levels: Inventory quantities and stock status
2. Data Storage and Isolation
Your Amazon data is stored only for your account and is completely isolated from other sellers.
- Each seller's data is stored in a separate, isolated database environment
- Data is associated exclusively with your company account
- No data is shared, aggregated, or combined across different seller accounts
- Access to your data is restricted to your authorized users only
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure
We do NOT share, sell, or disclose your Amazon data to any third parties.
- Your Amazon data is never sold to third parties
- Your Amazon data is never shared with other sellers or competitors
- Your Amazon data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent
- We do not aggregate your data with data from other sellers for any purpose
4. Data Usage
Amazon data is used solely to provide platform functionality to you, including:
- Order management and processing
- Listing analytics and performance tracking
- Stock forecasting and inventory management
- Profit calculations and financial reporting
- Customer service automation
- Sales analytics and reporting
We do not use your Amazon data for any purpose other than providing the services you have requested.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your Amazon data:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption at rest for stored data
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security audits and monitoring
- Compliance with data protection regulations
6. Amazon Acceptable Use Policy 4.6 Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy Section 4.6, which requires that Solution Providers clearly disclose:
- What Amazon data is collected
- How Amazon data is stored
- Whether Amazon data is shared with third parties
- How Amazon data is used
4TR fully complies with Amazon AUP 4.6:
- ✅ Amazon data (orders, listings, fees) is collected only for the connected seller
- ✅ Amazon data is stored in isolated, seller-specific databases
- ✅ Amazon data is NOT shared with third parties or other sellers
- ✅ Amazon data is used ONLY to provide platform features to the connected seller
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your Amazon data stored in 4TR
- Request deletion of your Amazon data
- Disconnect your Amazon account at any time
- Export your data from the platform
