4TR is an analytics and operations platform designed for Amazon and eBay sellers. The Service provides:

• Order management and processing
• Listing analytics and performance tracking
• Stock forecasting and inventory management
• Customer service automation
• Sales analytics and reporting
• Integration with marketplace APIs (Amazon SP-API, eBay API)

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Marketplace Integrations

When connecting marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay):

• You authorize 4TR to access your marketplace data via official APIs
• You must comply with the terms of service of each marketplace
• You are responsible for maintaining valid API credentials
• 4TR complies with marketplace Acceptable Use Policies (including Amazon AUP 4.6)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any marketplace terms of service
